One of the most popular gearboxes for 750 Formula and Historic 750 Formula cars is the Reliant 750/850 box. Super lightweight, extremely reliable, much much stronger than the standard parts, and very effective (we run one on the PRS and I believe there are several more in the field). The bespoke, hardened gearsets themselves have for some time been manufactured by Ron Welsh, who has a very well developed solution for manufacturing them and they can then be fitted back into a standard box.

Ron has now retired and sold the gear cutting equipment, however he may be prepared to make a final batch (likely 8-10) sets if we can give him an order for them all together. We have demand for 2/10 already. This advert is simply to gauge further demand - if you would like a set from this final batch for a project car, spare set, or upgrade then please get in touch asap to discuss! Costs etc TBD, but are likely to be much lower than any other alternatives easily available.....especially considering the weight of this solution!
