750 Motor Club Statement – Silverstone 3rd/4th April

After extensive discussion the 750 Motor Club and Silverstone Circuit have taken the decision to postpone the Club’s opening race meeting, moving the event by three weeks from the 3rd/4th April to the 24th/25th of April.
 
The Club and circuit have made this decision together after careful consideration of all the relevant information and guidance, which combined with Motorsport UK’s decision to restrict clubs to single day permits meant running a satisfactory two-day event as originally planned would be extremely difficult.
 
The slight delay will enable 750MC to reschedule its traditional pre-season track day, which had been scheduled for the 13th of March and will now take place on Saturday 3rd of April, replacing the original race event.
 
Silverstone will be running a test day on Friday the 23rd of April which will appear at the following link in due course:
 
The Club’s single day event at Donington Park on Monday 5th April remains unaffected and will go ahead as planned.
