Saxo VTR Race Car - £4,800

This car has raced for many years in Stock Hatch and then Hot Hatch (Class C). It was built to an extremely high standard and has recently been reworked to install a whole new fuel system, whole new exhaust system and manifold, new rear dampers, new uprated engine mounts, intake system, brake system with adjustable rear bias valve installed and lots more modifications. This has enabled the car to be a championship contender in Class C of the Hot Hatch, however with bad luck in the first 4 races then missing a round I’m currently sitting 3rd in the championship. I’m sure with more luck and a better driver, this car is more than capable of winning the championship in 2019. I have had 6 podiums in the last 6 races, 5 podiums in 2017 including 2 wins and 5 podiums in the Stock Hatch Championship 2016. This year its had 2 pole positions in qualifying, 2 fastest laps and has been professionally set up and corner weighted by Mark Freeman Race Car Prep.

The car currently has a 1.6 8V VTR engine which was built by TBR. It was put on the club’s Rolling Road at the start of the season putting out 140BHP (buyer will be provided with printout). Other parts fitted includes:
