Mini R53/R50 - Super Cooper Cup Series

An exciting new formula featuring the BMW MINI Cooper S (R53) and Cooper (R50). The Super Cooper Cup is intended as a value one make racing series which should appeal to clubman race competitors who are looking for a step up in performance from many of the other budget one make saloon car series currently available elsewhere.


Standard W11B16A engine in factory specification (JCW engines & tuning parts are not permitted) . A specific Super Cooper Cup performance kit comprising of, a 15% reduced supercharger pulley, uprated intercooler and control ECU calibration.


All standard parts with the exception of bushes and the Super Cooper Cup control dampers.


Front brake size may be upgraded. All other components remain standard..


Standard gearbox including gear and final drive ratios for the model must be used. A limited slip differential may be fitted.


Control tyre is the Toyo R888 (GG compound) in 215/45/17. All cars must use 17” wheels.


The Super Cooper Cup has 12 rounds in 2017; all will be double-headers on one day across seven race days.
