Issues with Direct Debit Collection

Some members who automatically renew their annual subscription via direct debit will have noticed that their payment may not have been taken recently. This is because Barclays withdrew the software used by the club at very short notice and currently have a large backlog of customers to install and train in their new revised software package.
Memberships will not be affected for those who would normally renew via direct debit during the months of January and February but collection of the subscriptions will not be done until March.
The club apologizes for any inconvenience.
