Ready to race 750 Motor club 750MC RGB Sports 1000 race car.

BDN S3 freshly rebuilt

Car has recently undergone a complete nut and bolt rebuild from a bare chassis up.

Engine

Engine was rebuilt by Andy Bates of AB Performance with less than 4 hours use. No expense spared on rebuild with invoice available to prove work completed.

Bespoke wiring loom

Cooling is achieved by 2 aluminium radiators within the sidepods and air ducted to them from the front of the car. Brand new Davies Craig electric water pump and electric fans ensure car is sufficiently cooled and doesn't heat soak after a race.

AB performance race exhaust system with repackable silencer - system fully heat wrapped

Remote oil filter and oil cooler with all new stainless steel braided oil pipes with AN fittings

Power commander V has been fitted and mapped at Track & Road Powerformance, the engine is bang on the power for RGB Sports 1000.

Zbomb IRC and exhaust servo eliminator

Transmission

Chain drive Quaife LSD with new DID heavy duty chain

Chain alignment is completely adjustable so can be set up perfectly

New genuine Honda slipper clutch

Sequential Honda CBR1000rr gearbox rebuilt at the same time as the engine

Electric reverse motor fitted

Bright red LED gear indicator within cockpit

Suspension

Quantum 1.9" ID adjustable shock absorbers configured in pull rod formation.

Aluminium uprights with total adjustment of tracking, ride height and camber

Front and rear adjustable anti rollbars

Brakes

Willwood 4 pot lightweight aluminium race calipers refurbished with new pads onto vented discs with lightweight alloy bells

Twin master cylinder with incar bias adjustment

New braided flexible hoses to calipers

Fuel System

32 litre integral fuel tank as low as physically possible within the car for optimal weight distribution.

Honda in tank injection fuel pump controlled via the ECU

Adjustable fuel pressure regulator and MSA compliant dry break fuel sampling coupling

All new stainless steel braided fuel lines with AN fittings

Wheels/Tyres

Car is currently sitting on brand new Yokohama A048r race tyres, barcoded and ready for championship use. Have only completed 2 x 18 minute races. These are fitted to lightweight Team Dynamics pro race wheels.

Bodywork

All new lightweight fibreglass bodywork fitted and finished in Ford Wave metallic blue.

MSA high intensity rain light

LED front and rear lights including headlights, tail lights, brake lights & indicators

Large front splitter - strong enough to stand on but suspended from lightweight aluminium frame

Large rear aluminium undertray

Car is bang on the minimum weight limit with driver at 110kg driver.
