I had this car built from a very clean road car. The conversion was done by Rogue Motorsport. Including their door cards, switch panel etc.
The car was then looked after by Rogue and then subsequently by Advanced Motorsport Engineering.
Suspension has been built & set up (with new dampers and springs) by Andy at AW Tracksport who is acknowledge as the man to go to for you MR2 suspension.
Therefore always professionally maintained and looked after (regular oil changes etc).
It has the adjustable Camber bolts, polybushed, braided hoses, stiff adjustable anti-roll bars, Helix paddle clutch, non power steering rack, custom exhaust etc.
The car is eligible for the 750 motor club MR2 Championship but I have been running it in the MSVR Trackday Trophy series and CSCC Future Classics.
It has run very well with multiple class wins and podiums. So far as I am aware it is the only class D car to have won a Trackday Trophy race outright (Snetterton 300 April 2014 - Fastest lap 2:21).
I have concentrated on handling, it has none of the usual MR2 understeer. So there is still scope to improve the car by stripping weight (it still has full heater matrix etc) and on engine development.
Car has been 100% reliable and has finished every race.
Two spare sets of wheels (one lightweight set). Passenger race seat for trackdays.
Ideal first car to join CSCC Future Classics, MSVR Trackday Trophy or 750MC MR2 Championship with plenty of scope to win.
Selling as moved into new series.
