First 750MC eSports Championship Title Confirmed

Fri 26 Jan 2024

Donington Park hosted the finale for the inaugural running of 750 Motor Club's MOZA Racing Sim Championship, featuring the ultra-quick F1000 Championship's Jedi Racing Cars in action.

Whilst the second race saw seven-time podium finisher Colin Cunniffe take his second victory of the season - the first since the Silverstone MR2 opener and sufficient to clinch second in the overall standings - victories in races one and three went once again to Trafford King, duly securing the York-based driver his maiden championship title.

The frontrunners were joined by former Type R Trophy champion Jake Hewlett as an invitational entry at the sharp end, whilst the dramatic final race saw long-time frontrunner John Power retire from the running, opening the way for the ever consistent Harvey Pullinger to come through and clinch third overall in the championship.

As a result King will be presented with the MOZA Racing R5 Bundle Prize alongside his trophy at the 750MC Awards Night on 10th February, whilst trophies and prizes from AE Racing Ltd, Upshift Store, and TEGIWA will be making their way to Cunniffe and Pullinger.
