Win £1,000 and a day's testing with Radical!

Fri 29 Nov 2013

750 Motor Club members have the opportunity to win £1,000 and a full day’s testing with the Radical works team for showcasing their design skills.

The 750 Motor Club has a strong heritage in nurturing design and engineering talent and many of the club’s formula have been founded on the principle of encouraging people to design and build their own racing cars and prove them on track. Celebrating its 75th anniversary in 2014, the Club hopes to inspire a new generation of engineers to fire up their welders and demonstrate their skills.

Former Lotus F1 driver and current 750 Motor Club Vice President John Miles has generously donated £1,000 whilst Phil Abbott of Radical Sports Cars has offered a day’s circuit driving in a Radical SR8 and the new Radical RXC.

“We wanted to mark our 75th anniversary be reaffirming the clubs commitment of enabling those with a passion for engineering to really experiment and develop new ideas”, explains John Miles.

Now a world famous manufacturer of innovative high-performance road and track cars, Radical started life competing in 750 Motor Club events.

“We are delighted to be able to offer something back to the 750 Motor Club and its members, and we are proud to help develop the same spirit of creativity that has resulted in so much success for Radical over the years”, said Phil Abbott, co-founder of Radical.
